Atom magic
Since atoms can create anything, there is no limits to what you can create, just your stamina. This means you could fight fire with fire, water with water, ice with ice. You can even make something better through genetic engineering and switch around their properties.
You can control how powerful what you create will be in terms of resistance, reaction speed, etc. which also correlates to stamina.
I don’t know what the rarity would be, but it sounds like something that wouldn’t be common. I don’t know about its stats either, just know it would be cool
These things aren’t living, so you wanna call it atom magic instead? Also, what are it’s stats and what is it’s rarity?
Im a fucking idiot bruh
I’m pretty sure atomic structure has nothing to do with reaction speed
That’s just plain laziness.
no way your mad im making a weapon pretty much skin for a weapon type
im making a weapon pretty much skin for a weapon type
@anon82052662, are we taking these kinds of ideas or no?
so you wanna call it atom magic instead?
So yes?
who made you the judge ?
I made that title. It wasn’t meant to be taken literally.
Edit: I changed it. Just wait for @anon82052662 to respond to my previous question.
Im fine with adding the idea but honestly a pirate hook has way more potential to have an original moveset than just be a claw reskin, remember: claws are using to inflict slash wounds on their opponent, while hooks where used to stab and grab the opponent, in a way it is similar to making katanas just to be a reskin of a broadsword
Boss idea finally I decided to work on this
The Hunter
The hunter is a boss in the dark sea who has his own area which he traps people in with a wall of darkness so he can kill them easily. He wields a dark magic dubbed “Art de la Peste Noire”, or called by some as Peste Noire Magic. He wields 3 different artifacts on his arm which allow him to make weapons out of his own magic. He has no speech in his fight at all.
Arsenal
Art de la Peste Noire - A magic which specializes in tricking the opponent, dealing a DoT that gives people the effects of insanity and makes it seems like it’s dealing more DoT damage. This magic is highly unstable.
Attacks - Peste Noire
Pestilence Chain - A grapple blast attack which The Hunter uses to pull people towards him and hit them with his magic weapons.
Darkness Wail - A Shockwave Ray attack which creates a beam with a shockwave that damages people for 10 seconds when caught in the attack.
Abyssal Downpour - A Rainzone attack that creates two large rain zones that deals medium damage to anyone caught in the zones.
Stygian Wall - A long Explosion Streak attack which creates a large wall of pillars that cuts of people from an area of the main arena.
Pestilence Traverse - An Elemental Travel attack which The Hunter will use to either close in gaps with players, combo players, or retreat from attacks with.
Shade Ricochet - A Ricochet Grip Spell where The Hunter does a dash grab and traps a person in a small zone, which then creates fast moving blasts that ricochet off the walls of the zone.
Infectious Spirit - A Spirit Aura spell where the hunter sacrifices some of his HP to boost his attack speed and power immensely. This spell also drains his health for 30 seconds, which is how long the spell stays for.
Plague Reapers - A Seeker Blast spell that creates 5 blasts that auto track players and damage them when they get close. These blasts are all shaped as swords.
Amulet of Artemis - A lost artifact created by an unknown person, which allows The Hunter to create a bow out of his Peste Noire Magic. He uses this bow to snipe people down from far away, but also uses it for attacks when in the center.
Attacks - Amulet of Artemis
Reaper’s Arrow - An arrow that takes a while to charge up, but instantly kills anyone hit by it. To avoid this attack, you have to hide behind rubble to make sure you aren’t hit. This attack will also shatter buildings after two hits, so you have to constantly stay on the move.
Pestilence Rain - A variation of Arrow Rain which is added onto the Rainzone spell he uses which can hit people even when they’re in the zones.
Piercing Shot - The Hunter makes a fast moving arrow that hits multiple people.
Triple Bursts - The hunter fires three arrows from the bow that create high damaging explosions when they hit the ground.
Umbral Covet - The hunter fires an arrow in the air that creates a veil of darkness around the arena, which reduces the visibility of people inside of it.
Scythe of Tartarus - An amulet created by an unknown person, which allows The Hunter to create a scythe out of his magic. In his “final” phase, the Infectious Soul Band’s aura will surround the scythe, giving it an aura that makes it’s attacks larger.
Attacks - Scythe of Tartarus
Pestilence Cutter - The Hunter throws his scythe at a person, which deals damage twice as it goes towards them and comes back to The Hunter.
Bubonic Charge - The hunter swiftly moves forward and creates a large slash attack that deals high damage to anyone hit by the attack.
Scythe Crash - The hunter leaps into the air and throws the scythe down near a person, creating a large AoE upon impact.
Nyctophobia - The hunter grabs a player and slashes them multiple times while chaining them down with his magic. He then charges up a larger attack and creates a huge slash which knocks them back while dealing a lot of damage. He tends to use this move after he uses his grapple blast move.
Infectious Soul Band - An amulet created by an unknown person which summons an orb with an aura of his magic. This orb passively floats around him and supports him during the battle.
Attacks - Infectious Soul Band
Soul Eater - The orb goes in front of The Hunter and waits to absorb a ranged attack coming his way. This attack leaves him open to get hit by a melee attack (such as a magic dash or a grab move)
Rhabdophobia - The orb expands and creates a zone around The Hunter which deflects any attacks coming towards him. This attack uses up some of his health, so he doesn’t use it often.
Soul Rush - The orb surrounds The Hunter and makes him seem as though he were teleporting when dashing. This also makes it so his “Bubonic Charge” attack will have him appear behind players he’s charging towards.
Cursed Soul - The orb goes into The Hunter on his “Final Phase” and surrounds his other weapons with an aura which makes them have larger AoEs. This also surrounds the Hunter in a small aura.
True Curse - In the true final phase, the orb goes into The Hunter’s body again and changes the color of his attack from red and black to pink and black and surrounds his body in an aura that makes any attacks that hit him deal less damage and boosts his power. It also surrounds his hands in a thick pink energy that makes his hands look like claws. The downside of this is that it drains his health very fast until he dies.
Phases (only if it has phases)
Phase 1 - The hunter will stand on pillars around the Hunter’s Cage area and will attempt to snipe people with his bow. Players must hide behind the rubble of buildings to avoid this attack and must make their way to the center of the arena.
Phase 2 - When a player gets to the center of the arena, any other players in the Hunter’s Cage will get dragged by shadowy tendrils towards the center, where The Hunter will start using his magic to attack players. He would only use some of his spells during this phase.
Phase 3 - This phase happens at 3/4 of The Hunter’s Health. The hunter start to use his weapons during the boss fight and would attack more aggressively. He starts using more of the spells on his magic as well.
Phase 4 - This phase happens at half of The Hunter’s health. The Infectious Soul orb that is floating around The Hunter will start to use some of it’s spells in this phase.
Phase 5 - “Finale” - In this phase, the Infectious soul surrounds The Hunter in a weak aura that makes the attacks of The Hunter have larger AoEs. The Soul stops using it’s spells in this phase.
Phase 6 - Fakeout - In this phase, The Hunter does a fakeout, and The Soul is absorbed by The Hunter fully, surrounding him in a larger aura that surrounds his hands mainly. All of his attacks go from red and black to pink and black and deal more damage. In this phase, the hunter takes less damage from attacks, but has his health depleting rapidly. He cracks the ground with his scythe at the start of this phase to make it harder to navigate the arena.
Drops
Drops have a 1/7 chance of dropping.
Corrupted Hood - A hood that cloaks the user’s face in darkness and hides it.
Corrupted Hunter’s Cloak - A cloak that goes over the user’s chest and arms which gives off a shadowy aura.

Hunter’s Goggles - A pair of Red Goggles that give a passive effect of helping them see in the dark better.

Inspiration
This boss is HEAVILY inspired off of Bete Noire from Glitchtale, but I changed a lot of it to make it fit in with the dark seas.
How would you review this edgy boss? (Something more edgy will come soon)
- What the fuck have you brought upon this cursed land
- Seems like a fun boss to fight

Im going to try working on redoing the Hydra next
This hasn’t been fixed for the Chromatic Convergence card :/
Also, it isn’t a staff. It can be a staff, but it is equally every other weapon type as it is a staff. It is better termed as WhatFuckingClassIsThisWeapon
huh this thread looks interesting

Just a request, could this blurb be taken from the desc since i hadn’t intended for it to be added in the first place
