we don’t really need those bro. Immersion doesn’t = realistic or lore accuracy
We could still keep most of these features in some way, just remove the annoying parts. Like I did in my Team Immersion suggestion!
What are you talking about? It’s a known fact that Vetex not only works with other people he also has many testers
He also ran a campaign to get more patron supporters by offering people tester role. If he isn’t using tester feedback then I think everyone has the right to call him out on that.
What do you mean? We literally have the magic change hecate shard things. That was the most garbage decision he ever took.
That was literally my thought
Still don’t get why is he so reluctant about letting people change their magic more freely than gambling on Far Reaches’ island generation. He allowed strenght to swap fighting styles by visiting pre-placed npcs, and weapons/spirit only need to do a long grind once, after which they press just a few buttons to change their loadout. Consistency is required.
Because he’s too stuck up on lore reasons. I kind of understand because I’ve done something similar but he’s awfully obsessed over it.
You can’t treat a game like a book, Game design should be treated differently and you have to understand how things come across to your players. If a certain mechanic will be too annoying then maybe make it work differently for the game and seperate the book’s lore into something else.
Notoriety being included in the same conversation as the rest is a bit strange seeing as you have to basically go out of your way to actually have it be an issue. All the others are basically experienced by everyone whereas simply not having a bounty means no notoriety, and it’s not like having one is a significant enough of a difference either.
As for the other ones, most are either not very noticeable visual things that go away on their own or moderate annoyances. I understand not liking water poisoning but how many people actually have issues with dirt accumulation later on in the game? I usually never even see dirt on my character unless I’m starting a new playthrough.
Here. Also, when making this one, I accidentally stumbled onto the same exact suggestion someone has made before. Feel awkward now
I was being sarcastic
That stupid wind knockback thing boats got lowk pmo so much bruh
“Well, I stole your face!”
Lmao, white people problems (my character doesn’t get that much darker)
b-but vetex said it will be funny ![]()
vetex has a super weird humor so we can’t take his reaction to the feature into account
he probably bursts into laughter if he sees john odyssey jumping from mount othrys to the deck of a ship and fails the parry
water poisoning happened to me in the middle of fighting a dragon causing me to die (I didn’t know that you could use soap outside but like what’s even the point)
Hello, I am the Opposition.
I don’t agree. Thank you all for listening.
Goodbye.
even characters with darker skin change a lot imo bcz of tanning
Yes, “we” can, but I think you just wanted to throw a tantrum over whatever thing you think people will agree is “terrible”.
i’m not throwing a tantrum i just wanted to make a topic to gather everyone so we can try and defend these actual awful features
you can’t read minds yet, bro
