After a minute of consideration, you sighed, flicked your hand back towards your lamp, and shut it off, your room eaten again by a welcoming sort of darkness, though perhaps less so than it had just moments ago. Lax, you melted back into your bed, clenching your eyes shut, your hands curling under the sheets which you had pulled back up over your body in less than a few seconds.
However, this was followed by restless tossing, the ruffling of your sheets as you were unable to return to your restā¦ the weariness of your initial awakening had all but stood present, and its aid now seemed improbableā¦ the darkness seemed nearly vivid, the strange calling to your balcony growing more and more difficult to resist.
This calling, which possessed a strange, warping complexion of urgency and importance, was boring into your essence. Your mind raced a bit more, the clarity of your thoughts uncertain; but remaining ignorant would be almost difficult to vindicate in your position. You sighed deeply, turning a few more times, and subconsciously straightened your sheets, which folded and crumpled due to your restive motions.
Your eyes were wide open. Are you to answer this call?
