nah, it doesn’t say he has a curse, the word curse isn’t in his section, it just says he only shows up when it’s foggy.
King Caesar has an experimental curse, but it’s unknown.
Metaphor
It literally says “he was cursed by something when young” but I guess it does make sense for it to not be a sea curse but some other kind of curse, and it says that he BRINGS a shroud of fog wherever he goes, not that he only shows up when it’s foggy. Also he went to the dark sea
