It’d prolly be more reasonable if you could set the uniform to certain sets or styles, like with Deckhand fashion, or maybe even certain sets made in certain styles specifically for a Clan Uniform feature.

Also, may I just say that every time I go to say Clan, there is this absolute raving, unhinged, feral, monstrous, terrible urge to say Guild and I hate it.
