Encounter (Among Us X WoM) [Part 2]

[Part 2]
The Encounter

Previous Part:

As Ignis wandered ever onwards to the Summer hold, he remains oblivious of the bloodshed of that place, and the only thoughts he had were of the strong and delectable beer that the pub there had

At Summer Hold

The City was in abrupt chaos, affected by all sorts of elements. Streets were flooded, Buildings were burnt, and the air filled with toxic gases, it seemed to be a full out battle.
The Alalean’s never meant for the current bloodshed to happen, they intended to take out the king and get out, with the citizens doing the rest of the revolt. It seemed like some other… creature… seemed to have beaten them to it. However it happened, with their own units against the Castilians, there was bound to be civilian casualties.

It is not to say that they were utterly inhumane, those civilians that were injured by the ongoing battle had their wounds treated and used as prisoners for the negotiations that would almost definitely rise out of this conflict.

A Alalean soldier seemed to not be involved with the conflict side of the whole battle, but rather to treat the civilians. A Girl, recently recruited into their ranks, about 22 years old, she signed up to make life for everyone, especially her family, better. She never expected that she would become what was essentially the errand girl of a warmonger.

As of now, this girl was helping evacuate a group of children out of the city.
The Children were curious about her distinct uniform and equipment, and why she was helping them.
“Now, you kids are safe, that’s all you need to worry about. You don’t need to know the reason why i’m helping you guys, it just is, okay? You kids can just call me Elyria, Elyria white.” She said to the kids, before joining back into the ongoing bloodshed.

As Ignis got closer to summer hold, he began to see things. There were civilians strewn across the roads, either dying or already passed. One such fellow approached him, pleading for help. A Large shard of gold piercing right through his body, it was a miracle he hasn’t died yet. However, with the amount of blood the man has already lost, it would take some holy intervention for him not to die. Ignis pointed at the man’s heart, and fired a blast of ash towards it. Better for a quick death than to have his suffer prolonged.

Ignis continued, ignoring all the remaining bodies and people and moving quickly, when at last he saw a great column of ash, smoke, and other toxic gases bellowing out from summer hold
“So…” He thought “Out of all the times when the city could have fallen, now is the time? Couldn’t even manage to snag some alcohol or two”

Though, through the corner of his eye, he sees a path that seemed to have been trampled on, leading into the forest. The footprints resembled nothing he knew of, and as curiosity got the better of him, he followed the path.

The dense vegetation seemed to be disrupted by something that must have been relatively larged size, part vastus? He did not know.

That changed when the path drove itself into a clearing in the forest, the footprints ended, but he did not need to see where it lead.

On a rock, a strange, somewhat humanoid, completely red…blob… stood. It resembled a “A” shape with 2 appendages that resembled short legs, and what seemed to be a box attached to its back.

It turned around, as if disturbed, revealing what presumably made up it’s eyes. A Long, glass like visor.
