i mean my point mainly is if we still don’t know anything about spirit weapons, literally nothing, then i don’t see vetex knowing much about them either. and “forcing” him to make the update earlier will just give him less time to actually figure out a good idea.
i feel like clans will always be something meant for PVP that PVE players won’t care for
you have to claim an island and kill any opposing clan member on it to progress it, or just straight up kill other clan people entirely
while PVE players have to option to just farm sealed chests and maybe something else related to diving or brewing, again, i haven’t played since april, there’s a good chance that they’ll still get nuked by someone
then again, PvP is part of the game, and that one time i joined a clan war was pretty fun, so i guess neglecting it wouldn’t be so great for people who want to do more than bounty hunt npcs or maybe players on occasion
i forgor when you get infamy via clan stuff, like a captured island, you yourself get infamy?

what im saying is that clans will bring annew sense of community and competition, and will bring back some of the larger dead communities. all spririt weapons add is a few new builds for people to abuse, probably making pvp even worse
my favourite interpretation is spiritual items like prayer beads and crystals, those would be cool
i mean, maple made me think again, and yeah the building update will 100% make much more pve players join in on the clan thing, you get a spawnpoint, you can build stuff there, idk what else you have but it’s gonna be really good to have.
thats exactly the reason why im welcoming the building update, its to give clans something other than killing people. im hoping that the updt will bring changes that makes pvp less significant for clans
yeah i fully agree with you. the balancing as of right now isn’t the best, and still needs some time. so adding 6(?) completly new builds will NOT help
Maybe, but then we could just balance them with the balance team (even though admittedly they’re kind of wack )
also it’s just the sense of mystery behind them that makes many including me want them ingame even more

At this rate they’ll be probably the last thing to be added in early access.

spirit weapons should be priority after the dark sea, they’re literally an extremely important part of the game (that being builds themselves)
I agree (I am not in a clan so I don’t care about the building update) but nimbus sea is fairly important. As a compromise, spirit weapons should be added in the nimbus sea update.
This still confuses me. Building is JUST for clan players, and because of recent updates, clans have been squeezed further so they are JUST for pvp players (Being a PVE player in a clan is fuckin pointless right now).
So this is a percentage of a percentage of the community that gets to enjoy this update.
imma just say that i think vetex just doesn’t have any ideas for spirit weapons so keeps delaying them, until the sad downfall of him probably just cancelling them
only reason to be in a clan is for the bank

they are said to be post-release content on the trello so uh
i mean i think the problem is clans don’t really give any upsides other than banks, unless i forgor something, so even pvp players don’t have much reason do they? other than being on leaderboard ig
