Each magic has an objective factor of what temperature it is, you don’t need to use it to know.

It is a technical cold magic, though. It really is.
It might not be inherently cold, but it does count as a cold.

boom you use water, then ice, you got cold water.
wind then ice, boom, cold wind

I personally judge if something a heat cold or neutral magic depending on if it gets buffed by overheating/freezing

water can definitely be heated or cooled to change its temperature, but natural water just found around is typically colder, and wind usually feels cool too

I do agree wind and water are cold adjacent just as much as sand is hot adjacent also lets take this out of this thread please

In most places sand is located the temperature is above average too, beach and deserts typically have pretty hot sand

There is built in clarification with the temperature system, heat magics are buffed by overheating, cold magics are buffed by freezing, if it’s buffed by niether it’s neutral

true i suppose, i guess i was just thinking mainly of river banks or sand in boxes
