If this is how features like Hecate are designed, what does that say about future content? Will it share similar design philosophies? Even if this is just limited to Hecate, it still highlights a concerning approach to structuring content and how Vet responds to community outcry just adds to that worry.

I genuinely thought it would be impossible for Full Release to have all skills. Which would suck because wouldnāt it be embarrassing to have a FULL RELEASE update and most skills on weapons still have that red text āwill be implemented soon!!!ā description 
This feels like a dream
In a way it feels like a slightly petty jab. Like, something people begged for SO much was then implemented in an area players arenāt meant to go, with low rates. Unlike Acrimonies, which are very rare and preserve the idea of staying loyal to your build, Hecate isnāt able to be saved either. You canāt just ābuy it on the acution houseā or save some extra you find for a friend. You MUST dedicate several hours to get Hecate. With no actual guarantee you will. Its insanely anti-player for the sake of justā¦ what Vet feels it should be. He could absolutely choose to have implemented it in a more friendly way, but sometimes he values his story more than he values the enjoyment factor of the game.
EVENTUALLY Hecate will be not as awful to obtain. Years from now when we explore the far ranges with ease. Letās just hope the many people who want Hecate now donāt lose their patience with the game until then I guessā¦
