If you were to make a Roblox Game, what would you make?

Ok I’ve always had a couple of ideas of games that I wanted to make but of course I don’t have any other of the skillz to even make one. None of them aren’t necessarily fighting based, just games that you can play in and enjoy I guess.

  1. This first is a mix of Fallout Shelter and Tycoon Games(like Retail Tycoon, not pressing buttons on the floor) but it’s all in space. You can basically add rooms in any direction and you can customize the inside to survive.

  2. This one is similar to Animal Crossing where the players basically have their own islands and can visit each other and you basically do things on the island like farming, building, fishing, or whatever. I was also thinking you could build things like rides or pathways and a whole bunch of other stuff so it’s almost like a mini town on an island. You could also have NPCs stay and visit the island too.

  • Creativity? Never heard of it.

Based

TLDR: Adventurous RPG

I want to make some sort of RPG + exploring game, like the new game Demonfall or Vesteria, but have everything as balanced as possible and make the game easy to learn but semi-difficult to play.

I would also add exclusive bosses, their boss drops and dungeons for events and trading to go along with it, and, get this - an actual value list.

The game would not be pay to win, you wouldn’t be able to buy gems and coins, but you would be able to buy cosmetic skins or special abilities, possibly weapons with Robux. The rest of the game would be fun and rewarding.

And no, it wouldn’t be based off of anime.

An action-fighting game inspired by “For Honor” but with anime-inspired fantasy and steampunk elements alongside a great character customization. There will also be Class/Hero that’ll also use a Yoyo with magical properties too. Also, some lore based on the conflicts & factions of the game!

adventure story remake

MapleStory-inspired game. Basically, a 2D MMORPG.

MapleStory was good but had some flaws (Such as leveling up taking a ridiculous ammount of time) but then they fucked it over and turnt it into a grindfest chock full of questionably-designed features where quests and most content except for a select few don’t matter at all.

an actual alchemy game
where u fight using the potions you crafted from the collected ing.
which ofc, would have a open world

First I’d throw something along the lines of Adopt Me out for the sake of making money and hire some developers to add content so I don’t have to work as hard on it.

Then I’d start throwing out actually incredibly well made and actually fun games using the funding I got from the previous crap games.

A roguelike wild west survival(?) game where you fend against the elements and the cruelty of the desert climates. It would have an upgrade-able inventory size thing, and hunger/thirst/temperature systems. Hunger can be increased by hunting/making/buying food, and thirst can be increased by getting water from the environment or buying drinks at the city.

Environmental water can give you illnesses, but you can remove this possibility entirely by boiling the water (though you need some items to even do that). Temperature can be regulated by using campfires or by taking off/putting on extra clothing.

It’ll have a simple stat system where each stat can be increased by doing certain things. You can gain weight by eating food, speed by running more, strength by doing strength based activities, and so on. Weight would actively decrease your speed stat though, and your strength’s increase rate will be somehow affected by your weight stat.

Horse will also be a big part of the game, and horses also have hunger/thirst/temperature bars. Horses will have a “bonding meter” that increases the more you spend time with it.

If you die, you lose a random percentage of your money greater than or equal to 10% and less than 70%, and you lose possession of your horse. Horses wipe on death; you’ll have to buy a new one. If a player kills you, they have the opportunity to rob you of up to 70% of your money as long as they are not within a town.

Would also have a simple good vs bad alignment system that increases and decreases depending on your actions.

rpg games, and for 1 of these games, i cant decide between some titles

(This is an RPG set in either 2020, 2050, or 2100) (This is semi permadeath, because the limited lives only appear after a certain level)

NumberLivez World
Elemental Chaos
Elemental World
Elemental Adventure(s)

I think I would prefer Elemental Chaos or Elemental Adventures better than the other two. (just a suggestion)

I’d likely make a platformer with some cartoonish elements, wacky enemies/NPCs and challenging but fun levels & colorful worlds.

i am actually attempting to learn how to code, and so far i have learned to make the baseplate turn into a random colors so as far as game-making goes i would say it might take me a few hundred years.

with that being said i have had a few dumb and unrealistic ideas that ive tried out only to lose confidence in myself when feeling the immense amount of pressure from trying to create them.

  1. an open-world game that takes place in a wasteland (inspired by 7 days to die, mad max, fallout shelter). you start in a small base that is not very well guarded at all. on random days, hoards of aliens (haha bet you thought i was gonna say zombies) come to try and, well, murder you. in order to upgrade your base, you have to explore to find materials to craft items. these items would include materials for things like stronger walls, better weapons, traps, stronger doors, etc. you would also be able to expand the space of your base by either digging underground or adding more floors above ground, with each having different benefits and drawbacks. over time, through exploration, you will find traders that can sometimes give you rare items. the farther into the wasteland you go, the better items you will find and the harder each hoard of aliens will be to defeat. you will also find other NPCs that can be added to your base to either defend it or produce things like electricity to power better weapons for your base. the npcs can be upgraded to make defending your base more efficient. some npcs will be part of a storyline (which will be random based upon what NPCs you interact with) that will level you up, help you obtain better materials, and propel the plot forward. ofc there would be immersive things such as weather, hunger, mental state, etc., but i wouldnt really be too concerned about that. so yeah thats my alien apocalypse idea.

i would add more of my ideas but i dont feel like it. besides you get the point.

Just one little roleplaying game. Post-apocalypse, with all the bells and whistles with the ease of use that Clear Skies Over Milwaukee offers for customization. The catch? Welcome to a world with not only humans, but also fantasy races. Oh yeah, shit like Orcs, Goblins, Elves, Dwarves… They’re all here, but the magic isn’t. Everything is mostly built off of real science (Obviously you gotta give the dragonborne their fire and ice breath, though… Okay, and maybe some races that require like some weird blessing of mana to even exist, but that’s been a hard maybe to me). No mutants either since ATF just proved they can be a total cancer. (Ask about The Biomass Awakens event, it was dreadful to roleplay anywhere outside of the major towns)

Why make this? I like the intelligent species of fantasy genres, they offer some interesting interactions with the whole world and other characters, but I have never seen a single adaptation with them beyond a between the dark and medieval ages with magic setting. Also because I love post-apoc roleplay games, but After The Flash makes no sense and is generally cancerous with both the playerbase, weapons, and story efforts (Mirage has been a fucking hurricane). And Blastaway, although VERY enjoyable, sees very few players and some design and rules limitations (No custom guns unless they’re real ones of the same caliber, when your guns are very few and far between… Why?) that makes it a little hard to actually get into. One of Blastaway’s issues is that, although unlike ATF where you have to pay to get and roleplay some guns and a fuckton are LIMITED TIME LOOTBOX STYLE ONES just for a toy gun that does no damage- Wait, I’m getting off track. Either way, Blastaway’s weapons are somewhat limited, especially in its melee category.

If I could make a game, I’d fix that up. Plenty of guns, plenty of melee, no ridiculous restrictions, fantasy races, a good roleplay guide, readily accessible by an in-game handbook lore (Take notes if you make a RP game with lore, Blastaway did it right with both a RP guide AND mostly filled out lore handbook for a pre-play rundown), and also some good map design. I would also really try to push it so that it could be on level with, between Blastaway and ATF, or hell, maybe more popular than ATF in player counts.

Yeah, very ambitious, but that’s my love for roleplaying anything either post-apoc or modern you see there. I would totally love to bring quality to it, for free, if I could.
