pretty sure you’re talking about condemnation, where the person knows Jesus and knows that they should repent, but choose to still live in sin

so they’re going to die in sin, and they’ll be condemened
also being a good person isn’t all, just doing good deeds and works won’t get you to Heaven or anything. it’s believing that Jesus died on the cross for our sins and repenting/believing in him

No, not really. As long you are not a nuisance or a danger to the society you are part of, then there is no actual reason to be a good person, other than for the sake of being one.
