and of course right after that is a rec level 39 basic peccatula fight
ok so I managed to beat that particular fight you seemed to be stuck on, after about 3 tries not counting resets so that he doesn’t outspeed my entire team turn 1. Overall, decent fight, but I don’t really like the gimmick of having to constantly fuel bodysack to beat back his fixed target skills

You can use Heathcliff as a tank with Sunshower, until he gets staggered, that is.

anyways, idk if it’s a team issue or not. My team consisted of sinclair in slot 1, then ishmael, then rodion, then heathcliff and finally meursalt. It may have been easier for me since liu rodion rolls a 15 at max conditionals on her skill 1, and a 22 on her skill 2, and sinclair being dawn office fixer sinclair, along with my team naturally being able to deal with the shields (protip: each shield corresponds to the sin affinities of base heathcliff).
also, use body sack often. Heathcliff CANNOT lose a clash against them if he is using bodysack. Plus, you gotta note that he’s resistant to all damage types, and sin affinity wise is only weak to base heathcliff’s 3 affinity types
Meursault can roll 20 (sometimes 26 in clashes?) with enough Head Coin RNG, since i use BL Meursault, who have some cracked rolls on their second skills (Faust and Meursault’s Acupuncture for example.)

you need to change up your team. Having access to bodysack, in a fight where every single skill by default targets heathcliff is extremely good, especially with a target fixed attack used often
