Also, could an intelligent being morph/shapeshift to look like another being? Such as a human transforming into a bear, or a satyr into a shark, with some ridiculously good spirit energy control and biology knowlodge
Nah it works like alchemy from full metal Alchemist, you need matter and the knowledge to manipulate said matter. However i think screwing up someone’s biology to kill them could be possible.
But since it’s number 1 magic fan vetex spirit cannot have any dubs on magic and therefore will that “You can’t alter bodies that have souls exept yours” or something like that.

Would be interesting to see some physician who has seen a lot of human bodies and thus knows a lot about anatomy correcting minor flows, like the nerve that controls your tongue (I think) being unnecessarily long and wrapping around blood vessels near your heart[1]

The nerve forms slightly earlier than the blood vessels in the fetus, so when the blood vessels form, the nerve gets tangled up ↩︎

I was thinking more like something that wasnt human in the first place decides to take a human shape. So it would be more like unholy, forbidden knowledge rather than the average human doctor/physician just figuring stuff out

Common misconception! Kraken is the name given to the colony of Kraken tentacles, independent organisms which group into colonies to make hunting and defense easier.
Hm… I suppose that grouping into a colony also links their energies, explaining why the colonies can be sensed from a greater distance than the individual tentacles.
