Leviathan would be my go-to if I didn’t already have so many dracons. Shark would also be cool, but I like the illusiveness of a mythic creature.
Another alternative for a water spirit would be a mermaid but maybe more animalistic.
Idk, they’re already super iconic in media and, again, too human imo.
You can use Chalkydri as the elemental of light
I think that light would have to do with the angels, I don’t have to explain why

I like the hippocampus, it’s a good in-between of known and not represented. Could also be a mix with the Kelpie too. I feel like giant squid and mermaid (though cool), are overdone. Same with loch ness. T_T
thing is, giant squid are primarily super deep-sea creatures

Idk if I’ll do these for the Lost/Prim Magics. Only one right now is the Promethian Phoenix (which is different from the Phoenix for fire in a few ways).
Also Dragons have a lot of different characteristics to them I feel.
