You can kill any regular enemy instantly by jumping on their head. Bosses take three of these hits to kill. Elius is replaced with boom-boom. Calvus is replaced by bowser. Shura is replaced by a koopa troopa.

Here’s a couple horrible ideas for AO
Iris and Morden actually develop a romantic relationship
They add back cursed chests with the key mechanic Vetex if you do this I will make sure you are never safe ingame.
Getting a bounty automatically notifies every marine(npc or player) in the entire game.
0.00000001% chance to find a chart to mimhere island
upon getting there, a cutscene plays of vetex and morden getting married, with all the testers watching
you then proceed to get insanity 6 from the sheer cursed energy
