Conqueror Weapon Set 1/4
The Mage Executioner (Made for my own warrior)
Type: Heavy Bladed - Artisan
Rarity: Legendary
A handcrafted arcanium greatsword made of a combination of fine metals and arcanium, embedded with an emerald in the handguard. Wielded by Daniel Cole the Wild Wall, General of the Thorne Empire. The sword is capable of absorbing magic energy and using said magic energy to power its own attacks. Made for fighting against mages and curse users.
Unique Mechanic: Magic Absorption
When you equip this sword, a bar will appear below that says ‘‘Magic Charge’’ and it can be filled by blocking or parrying magical attacks while the sword is equipped (It can increase more or less depending the spell, and if you block or parry).
It has four stages
- Low Charge: Attacks deal 5% more damage
- Medium Charge: Attacks deal 10% more damage and deal a lesser effect of the magic it has absorbed the most
- Max Charge: Deals 12% more damage and deals a lesser effect of the magic it has absorbed the most
- Unstable Charge: It can deal up to 25% damage in one single attack, but it can explode if it’s not lowered in 10 seconds, damaging the wielder and a small radius around it.
Note: The weapon changes color depending the magic energy it absorbs, and mixes them if its multiple types.
Also, this also accounts for special fighting styles like sailor fist and thermo fist which use some magic energy but they don’t charge that much compared to magical attacks.
Skills
- Mad Slash: Slash infront of yourself, dealing mild damage to those hit.
- Emerald Style: Sword Thrust: Thrust your sword to deal damage in the area infront of you. (Aka Sparrow Thrust)
- Emerald Style: Furious Pierces: Pierce the air multiple times to send out burst of air that are sharp enough to even cause bleeding.
- Precise Slashes: Grab your opponent and slash them multiple times, then use the pommel of the sword to push them into a direction (you can choose where)
- Ultimate Art: Conqueror’s Final Attack: Jump into the air and begin slashing everywhere around you and throwing slashes too. Finish with a large whirlwind
Special Move:
- Magic Discharge: You can discharge all your magic energy into a beam, the beam is stronger and bigger depending the amount of magic energy stored in the weapon.
Magic Variants
- Mad Slash: Not much change, increased damage and size and may apply magic effect
- Emerald Style: Sword Thrust: Release some magic energy in the form of a blast.
- Emerald Style: Furious Pierces: Replaces the air pierces with magic blasts that travel at a faster speed than the magic itself. (maybe form? it can’t be manipulated), doesn’t deal bleeding unless the magic does.
- Precise Slashes: Increased damage and speed
- Ultimate Art: Conqueror’s Final Attack: Launch blasts and increased size depending on the magic charge. End with an explosion with enough magic charge
I’ll probably make another three weapons but they won’t be as crazy and/or OP as this one, if i do so, they’ll be a heavy blunt, a shield and a bow.

The idea of the rock is rock solid. I feel it is grounded and quite interesting. It is quite the gem of a weapon idea, if I may. It would be fitting to be the soil which a new weapon for Arcane Odyssey grows in.

Maybe Caliburn, since it’s an old sword, and since King Arthur is in the game then we can add this. Gonna take some inspiration from Fate for this one. Both are untradeable, and acquired through exploration in the Dark Sea via a sword in a stone amongst kingdom ruins.

- Every skill when fully charged consumes 10% of the bar (except Caliburn Slash)

Caliburn Slash: Q - The sword crackles with blazing fire (looks a bit like Blaze magic but isn’t quite there). The user then unleashes a powerful flaming slash that cuts through everything in it’s path (pierce). When fully charged will consume 33% of the counter bar for greater power.

Arthurian Counter: E - The wielder enters a stance that parries in coming attacks and absorbs the incoming attack. Perfect parries fully max out the weapons counter bar, and negates the cooldown.

King’s Might: R - The wielder dashes forward, unleashing two powerful slashes before performing a lunge forward. Upon hitting the lunge, the enemy is pierced, and assailed by a barrage of flaming strikes before being blasted away in final flaming slash. Fully charging results in the lunge being replaced by a close range caliburn slash.

Caliburn’s Legacy (Ult) - The wielder enters a state of absolute focus and willpower. Engulfed in a burning aura, the counter bar drains over time, and all Caliburn moves are max charged near instantly (0.35 second charge) and counter bar enhancing does not drain a % of the bar for 15 seconds. E can be used to recharge the bar and extend the duration of this mode.
Caliburn (Merciless Variant) - The former lost sword of King Arthur. It’s purpose now twisted.

- Every 1% of the bar = 0.2% damage/speed increase; 0.25% when fully charged
- 10% gained on regular skill hit

Tyrant’s Cleave: Q - The wielder unleashes a close range horizontal slash that does colossal damage on direct hit. Fills “Ruthlessness” bar by 20% on direct hit for every enemy hit, 10% otherwise for each enemy.

Eye for an Eye: E - The wielder enters a stance, and blocks any incoming attack. Upon doing so, will retaliate with a powerful ranged slash at the target proportional to the damage taken by the wielder. Perfect blocks result in an even more powerful counter, and a restoration of the Ruthlessness bar by 25%.

Folly: R - The wielder teleports forward a short distance, and if hitting an enemy will pierce them with the blade before dragging them with the wielder down to the ground. Slamming them into the ground before twisting and removing the blade. Damage increases with enemy height, and the skill will teleport farther if the enemy is further in the air from the user (based on Y axis). Fills “Ruthlessness” bar by 30% on hit, 100% on kill.

The Fallen Kingdom’s Legacy (Ult) - The user raises their weapon into the air, and focuses all of their willpower into the next swing. Upon swinging down, unleashes a massive cleaving slash of flame that cuts through all in it’s path. Drains the entire ruthlessness bar, and uses the bar as a measurement for how charged the attack is (it is otherwise unchargeable). Meaning, at 100% charged, it’ll automatically be considered fully charged on use. Has a 2 second start up, but can be aimed for 1.5 seconds of it. If the user turns 180 degrees, will unleash as sweeping 360 degree slash around the wielder.

- Topaz Way: Tectonic Movement: Smash your mace into the ground to create multiple explosions in multiple directions that grow larger and weaker the further away they are from you.
- Topaz Way: Heavy Rush: Charge at a target at full speed and hit them with one powerful hit that sends them into the ground.
- Ultimate Art: Seismic Devastation: Channel the entire power of the mace towards the ground, shattering everything around it, and causing multiple boulders to fly into the air.

Extremely versatile weapon, good for both defense and offense. When swinging, you spin the weapons by its handlebar rapidly causing enough speed and force to shatter many weapons.

When left alone by its owner in mid air, it will only move relative to the earth. It can float mid-air in the same place on planet and cannot be moved by anyone other than the current owner. The owner can also rebound it back like a shield on command.

Cantare
- Throws the weapon at the cursor. When skill is used again, it comes back to the user.
Spiral Carve
- Vacuums and cuts everything in front of the user in a reverse cone, dealing forced bleeding and has extremely high destructive capabilities.
SwordSnapper Greatsword
- Has a blade and a detached metal bar, both connected by the base of the handle guard. It is strangely light and can be moved around easily by anyone until 2 hands touch the greatsword.
- When a weapon gets stuck in between the blade and the metal bar, the user can hold it on both hand and twist it, easily snapping and breaking most weapons. It is also great to use as a pickaxe in the Mordschlag style(using the rod instead of the blade).
- It seems to defy the laws of gravity, but rest assured, it is perfectly obeying them.
Unique skill:
SwordSnapper
- Temporarily disarms the opponent’s weapon when grabbing the target (deals no damage but breaks the foe’s weapon). If no foe is not wielding any weapons, this skill will force a limb loss.
