the new attackspeed shit was supposed to be a rework/sidegrade not an absolute gutting of attackspeed. sure they have some shitty changes, but this is NOT one of them.

Atk speed
He directly nerfed atk speed efficiency instead of reworking it to the balancecord proposal
Mage best stat is atk speed since it affects both startup and projectile speed
Which allows them to “turret”, or send blast/beams/javelins extremely fast for absurd DPS (though it only works well for players with good aim)
If Archipelago was still here he would’ve made another gold&suffering meme

Luck 4 makes dark sealeds give scrolls every time and since vetex is removing rare scrolls from them it’s going to make them give exotic scrolls every time
