You are wrong. Both mages and warriors can’t use arcanium weps, only conjurers and savants, as their skill req is simular to strenght weps, so you need both magic and weapons points. And yes they got weapon skills, just as strenght ones

could be that arcanium weapons simply depend on what magic their imbued with, like metal arcanium being larger and doing shit ton of dmg, but being a LOT slower.
Those are the imbue stats, like ileg imbue or boxing imbue being slow and fast
The weapons themselves have their own size,dmg and speed multiplier
Lance of loyalty and halberd have more dmg and size than their normal counterparts, so maybe arcanium ones have more speed or amplify status effects on dot magics
well, arcanium weaponry probably works differently than some just really heavy weapons. maybe base arcanium is faster than its counterparts, but you cant just base some magic shit on some heavy shit.
its shown that light arcanium rams are different from metal arcanium rams. I see not why this shouldnt apply to weapons that are arcanium.
