One time I paid to remove notoriety, the ketch still kept chasing me and when I killed them 3 more spawned immediately.

I’ll probably make a suggestion about this. I think the punishments for being a villain is fair, but the thing is, there isn’t anything to actually even it out.

Why should you be a villain? “Freedom”? WHAT FREEDOM? A hero is more free than a villain, so I’ll try to change that.

I agree the advantages are HEAVILY outweighed by the disadvantages
but there are still advantages

I do, it’s just that a lot of people don’t keep a ton of cash on them or they are just lazy.

Also, I don’t even play villain anymore.

You see, jail was good in WoM because it gave the towns a break to repair themselves after being terrorized. That was fair, because if bad reps just continue to destroy towns it’ll cause problems.

But the thing is there is nothing to really help in-

I’m just saying that those “advantages” don’t exist.
pirate ships and GN ships are functionally the same.
the shop NPCs are too far away and offer no benefit.
cargo stealing, much like cargo trading, is torture no player should force themselves to endure.
its profitable but at what cost.

yes, none of those things are favorable aside from cargo trading if you’re willing to put yourself through that.

( yes it’s not worth it BUT it’s free meaning it’s a advantage OVER “good” players)

Villians are able to sink any ship they want, steal cargo for free, hunt/assassinate any play they want to.

how do these people not realize.
heroes can do these things.

I mean sure they’re saving on buying cargo and that’s great for the 4 people that cargo trade.
