yeah i think if you sign up to be a mod you have to accept the fact your gonna deal with annoying people,
but currently the system is fucked because 99% of mods just care about getting through tickets as fast as possible even if it means closing tickets on innocent people just to fill their shitty ticket quota 
it’s not their fault but it’s a side effect of the quota system, innocent people can’t even get unbanned with the current system? like tap did nothing wrong but he just got ignored again and again to the point where he needed to ask his mod friend to get the other mod’s shit together
