Remove agility please

This is also for people with the “remove agility mindset” to see. That is why I’m adressing this.

Like other people previously said, movement is already decent (a bit slow though imo) So as long as your running and hiding in towns, buildings, and sailing away to server hop even with 0 agility you can escape. I say think from the hundred times I’ve gone though ganking.

Agility is why people with bad aim are able to avoid end lag and swiftly get close enough to do grabs, it increases move distances and essentially of course, make you more agile within and out of combat.

Again, we should solve it that is why I propose solutions. No, they shouldn’t remain busted but its just a broad statement claiming people will find something to exploit which is inevitable in a game like arcane odyssey (again, this doesn’t mean we shouldn’t patch bugs, it means regardless of that they will keep happening).

Then blud, go find someone else. If there going to run there essentially no point in killing them. This is universal in every fighting game on earth.

oh yeah so ur telling me i just try to get away… as a nonagility user… against a high agility user

i can’t run and i can’t chase, there’s no winning scenario here
which the huge problem with agility i’ve been talking about

also what actravaz said about agility incentivizing gankers if they know they physically can’t lose against someone with lower agility

theyre on a higher plane of intelligence than you don’t argue you cant fathom it

yeah but like beam endlag is .2 seconds right now iirc so it isn’t impossible

You have the ability to hide and server hop. You yourself said movement is already pretty good

So why wouldn’t you be able to escape in such a big place like sameria or ravenna? ESPECIALLY with the fact you can escape with a ship (or server hop) because of how many nooks and crannies there are to hide in to eventually lose the “In combat” effect.
You’ve already said your part in this argument and I’m sure your done here so let me wait for @Actravaz so that I may wrap this stupid shit up .

because this is 100% what the solution should be and isnt at all an issue

it isn’t even that slow with 0 agil are you sure you’re not just used to having too much agility :question::question:

I’m suggesting a solution we currently have access to :man_facepalming:. Maybe in the next update Vetex will open his ears and see the possible solutions I and many others have listed :sob:.

“run and log” is not a solution

I’ve been running 0 agility since release.

if thats the case, then i think you can refer to the post which you ignored from me earlier in the thread
unless you’re a bit frightened to debate me of course, which is completely okay

Then you tell me what we can do. Running and logging ensures the person can’t kill you, we even have teleport options to stop server following. It’s what we currently can do so why not do it?

Wdym frightened? I’m over here waiting for spider man so I can finish this long mind-numbing argument of agility’s removal or possible nerfing.

do you have half an eyeball in your sockets or did you not read what i’m referring to

Lets stop insulting me, I’m reading it right now and thinking of a reply. I honestly didn’t care enough about it at first but now here I am so cut slack.

nice to meet you too im 64arc
im gonna go to bed, i hope you have enough for me to respond to in the morning :heart_hands:

lb players dont lmao

its what you can (unless you’re an lb player!) do but it wont solve anything, you’re just as likely to encounter another agility guy later.

because… they have MORE mobility???

Hi I’m AzureArchmage so nice to meet you also, anyways:

No, it’s not about potential being gone; it’s about its limits being unnecessarily shortened through repeated nerfs (we’ve already gone from 2 reflexes to 1). I run magic builds; Mage is my main, so I naturally rely on leap and dodge reflexes. But I also have over 100 agility to dodge attacks and close the gap for grabs more efficiently. A reflex and a leap alone don’t guarantee that’ll happen.

Base movement feels slow to me because I’ve been using 110+ agility and attack speed to improve my PvP performance. I don’t play weapon or strength builds, so 80% of the options you listed aren’t even available to me. I know how to get creative without agility, but I’d rather have agility because it enhances the movement abilities I’ve already built around. It’s not a lack of creativity; it’s about optimizing my playstyle to best suit me. At the end of the day, it’s a matter of preference. :heart_hands:
