The worst part is that Calvus basically on his own STOPPED the war between Sameria and Keraxe in some fashion, seeing as the Keraxe are basically bloodthirsty vikings, I’m really curious on what kind of words he spat to convince them to stop fighting.
Are you people forgetting that Ravenna got it’s feet in Aesir? Although they should logically not be aware of The Order, it does seem like they were avoiding fighting with Ravenna purely because of the threat of other corrupted nations deciding to fuck them back. (Or they have their own Order rats, but I don’t think they do)
So it like it had to be ceaser and his men right? Undead ceaser is a monster. Imagine ceaser alive with a non decayed body and a brain to think with plus his full strength and his armor and weapon not ruined
The war was only stopped after Caeser had died and Calvus took reign over Ravenna, so it couldn’t really have been him.
Was Ravenna not losing the battle of Cassia Town pretty badly? The lazarus curse landed on Caesar’s corpse only many years later, there was something else that scared them that badly.
Could have been his legacy.

Murder. He destroyed a whole kingdom before it’s why he’s the most wanted man. Can you imagine the thrill of potentially wiping out 2 for 1?
If Cazal really wanted to have fun, he could start obliterating towns with hurricanes and then escaping/moving on to the next completely unharmed, with his weird teleport gem. He is currently not doing any of that. Which means he’s not really looking for fun here

There’s just one slight issue. Supposedly, the title of a High Lord carries no actual political power inside of the Order or outside of it.
Argos or Carina said that only the Barons know the High Lord’s identity. To everyone else, this is meant to be a top secret.
Ravenna mediating the treaty because Calvus is a High Lord of the Order makes no sense because, according to the story, nobody but Argos and Jorund actually know he’s the High Lord.
All the innumerable plot holes where the presence of the Order was painfully obvious to any moderately informed bystander, there’s no way for the Order to have any actual inter-governmental influence, because not a single influential figure actually knows anything about the other figures.
Of course, this could simply be explained by saying that the Order simply lied to inexperienced Calvus, but c’mon, this is Vetex we’re talking about.
Don’t forget the order is a secret shadow group that no one seemingly knows of unless you are directly involved and if every major political figure is under their control there’s literally zero reasons they should be at war since they all serve the order. The seekers of sight are a literally better version of them
