Make it so for one of the arcs in the Nimbus sea, you have to crossdress as a disguise and seduce a high ranking official for information about the Order.

Remove all female characters and replace them with male ones
Add a Snowgrave/Genocide route where you are evil and kill every innocent person in the game, related to the story or not, also while manipulating Iris into a soulless murderer. Replaces the Calvus fight with Morden, who confronts you in the Ravennan slavery mines and is extremely hard, with 10,000 HP and Death Curse attacks which can kill you in two hits.

-you can re-name NPCs to whatever you want, including story characters.

I have an amazing list for this.
Buff Pulsar (No Nerf)
Buff every single bleed option.
To fish to reel it in you have to use your scroll key to reel it in instead.
Make King Calvus’s Pillar of Destruction not blockable (it still does like 500 dmg per hit if you block)
Remove the map entirely
You can’t unenchant items after enchanted
Be able to kill Iris after you beat her
If your clan doesn’t become strong within a month, it gets deleted. No refunds.
Oh, also fishing becomes a timing minigame (or the rod just has a chance to break instead of you getting the fish)
On that subject, weapons/tools breaking
Probably the last thing I’ll think up, a chance for spells to misfire or fizzle out, especially if you don’t charge them up

In order to charge energy while out of combat (it is now a limited resource), you must now destroy terrain objects using spells.
Liquid magic users could also regain it from drinking bottles of their respective liquid and variant. Abyss water users for instance would have to get their bottles from the dark sea.
Solid magic users could also regain it from destroying specific objects for a drop, i.e. crystal users would regenerate their energy by destroying a rock that spawns in a gem of their respective variant.
Make the criminal town roaming, but never tell where it is.
