meatum

yeah i can barely do anything with cooking.

can make fried rice i guess.

Ok since puck wanted me to put good recipes in here, this is the best sloppy joe recipe in the world

Ingredients:

  1. 2lbs of ground beef (imperial measurements so fuck you)
  2. 1 cup of ketchup (yes ketchup, just trust me)
  3. 1tbsp of mustard
  4. 1 tsp of vinegar
  5. 1 1/2 tbsp brown sugar
  6. 1 tsp salt
  7. 1 tbsp of worcestershire sauce
  8. Minced onions

So onto the cooking

  1. Turn on stove to high
  2. Put pot on and ground beef in the pot
  3. Brown the beef and add the onions at the same time
  4. Once beef is completely browned, take it off heat. We still need heat so don’t turn it off
  5. Drain the grease out of the beef into the sink using one of those handheld strainer things idk what its called but drain it
  6. Add ingredients 2-7 while its not on heat and mix
  7. Put it back on heat until it reaches a slight boil. This is to get everything nice and warm
  8. Take a taste. If you want it sweeter, more ketchup or brown sugar, tangier, mustard or vinager, but most of the time it’s good without adding anything
  9. Take it off the heat, slap the meat on some hamburger buns, and you got sloppy joes

Beans

Ingredients

-1 can beans (Any type that doesn’t require cooking to be edible)

Cooking instructions

-Open the can with a can opener
-Drain off any excess liquid
-Serve

I love me a good sloppy joe on a nice hamburger bun. It reminds me of my grandmothers house. I kind of want to think about my other grandmother though (i want my mexican grandmother tamale…)

:3rd_place_medal: @ThatAsianInTheCorner’s “World Famous” Mac and Chez!

How could I say no to the richness and cheesiness of MAC AND CHEESE? All I can really say about it though is wheres the milk and butter and the emulsifying salt that mac and cheese is gonna turn into a brick

This is for 1 Serving of Iced Tea

Step 1 : Get your choice of tea (Preferably Black Tea) use the bagged version loose-leaf is too much work

Step 2 : Boil Enough Water in a Kettle or Pot for you to make tea

Step 3 : Steep The Tea Bag in a Glass Half Full of Boiling Water for 5 mins (Let it chill in there y'know)

Step 4 : Add Enough Simple Syrup until the tea is sweet enough

Step 5 : Let Tea Cool Down

Step 6 : Add Ice for that sweet sweet "on the rocks feel" and so it's y'know, actually iced tea

Step 7 : THOU SHALL CONSUME THY ICED TEA

Step 8 : Wish you didn't drink it so fast
