Logically speaking, if animations for weapon skills could change from weapon-to-weapon, what would shields realistically get? Maybe Devastate if we’re willing to reach a bit?

anyway, lightning conjurer can maybe go insane. sunken sword plus staff (no fury but still water effects and sparrow thrust). we don’t know for sure how scaling works but it seems like it will go well. savants can also go 100 or 90 weapon now

if i can get my hands on this stuff it would be

sunken sword with rising tide, flash strike, shining cycle (pretty much the same), and phoenix

staff with sparrow thrust, knocking blitz, and piercing gale (fury will replace later)

shield because savant

also might reset stats into a 72m 100s 100w savant as that seems optimal enough to get what i need, i will wait for update just in case there are other requirements

shield could easily get skills from some blunt weapons i think, raging impact for example doesn’t sound farfetched

nobody said its hard to make the animations, if you actually read what night typed he said skills are only compatible for weapon types that the existing animation would fit for, im not gonna make a different animation for every weapon type for every skill

and before the “hire a dev to do it” people reply to this, i would still have to edit whatever animation someone submits to make it line up with the skill timings and also manually publish the animation to roblox myself since roblox doesnt let you directly use animations uploaded by other people

isn’t there just any fast way to change the type of projectile a gun would shoot out though?

like aren’t bullets and piercing gales just heavily modified blasts

I get the stupid limitations roblox has going on here, but is this a “not now” or a “not ever”?
