We learn of all these curse users in the first 2 seas, but the curse users themselves are spread around 3, since Wotan and his sons are all from Vimir.
yes but we do know of them right off the bat in the 1st-2nd sea.
we dont know where morden is from btw so we can’t say hes from nimbus/bronze without it being an assumption

and randal is from a whole other sea cluster
so that is a pretty stupid rule to set up ngl
also even then theres too much curse users in the bronze sea
I mean, 5 curse users are people we just hear about, 2 people are from way in the past, 1 isn’t even in the game and is just future content and 2 are just name dropped in notes about previous wars.
That still leaves 7 curse users we’ve actually encountered by the time we’re finished with the current story, which is still a lot, but considering we’re getting ourself involved with the Order and conflicts between countries constantly it makes sense.

in AA, in the bronze sea, we meet (and fight one I may add) three curse users, them being ramsas 2, trigno, and freedrock
