Your opinion on this potential change?

but anyways, personally my take on this is that it’ll actually be useable early to midgame wise, since most low levels don’t have tons of cannonballs
the only bad thing is that cannon fist will pretty much lose variety/adaptability(like using heavy explosive for aoe/damage, or using light for speed or smth)

I think that normal cannonballs, normal grapeshot, and normal exploding should be infinite and their heavy variants should be available but consumed

Keeping ammo selection is important to what Cannon Fist is. I don’t want it to be reduced to Basic Combat with a ranged M1.

I think it should be only Heavy, Explosive, and Grapeshot, all with no consumption. Maybe also Chainshot if it can get something unique to it.
That makes it so that there’s selection between variations, which is what its all about, and it’s also not stressful to use.

keep multiple types
however, restrict the number of types or give it it’s own types (ex. single shot (normal), double shot (chain), and multishot (grape))
(so that if a Borealis 9999kg cannonball gets added, CFist won’t be broken)

The thing is, cannon fist doesn’t have any difference from other fs besides that it’s ranged.

And removing different types of cannonballs usage makes it even more useless than what it is currently (at most some warlocks or juggers might use it)

idk why vetex said the bteam wants to remove it’s ammo when it’s flat out incorrect

i personally think that cfist should stay how it is and just get buffs based on which cannonball you’re using
and every cannonball should have like .1 more damage
