Blackreach didn’t exist at the time we wrote all this, so I’ve been reading the materials provided for Shell. I am kinda confused, did that infected Centurion who wiped the entire camp die to the Othrys guys, or is still alive? The info is all over the place
Also, reading about the Othrys project mention sparked that long lasting grief in me. I just nearly missed on that massive community creation, and I regret it. I wanted to be a part of something massive so much, and that envy has even prevented me from reading the thing in the first place. Seriously, I can’t open the text without being in pain from realising I am not among these people!

Multiple people having multiple different takes on stuff
not everything is really concrete when it comes to this and can be changed, such as one take of a way someone could be infected involving parasites (which i personally don’t use)
This universe overall was more of a community project where many minds came together with various ideas for world building, one take of Calvus i enjoy is “Herald of the Deep” and included in one of my own stories a while ago before basically going on hiatus
This is deadass how most mythologies and religions formed btw

That makes this the single only thing about Arcane Odyssey actually accurate to Greek Mythology.
The Othrys project was more of a closed collab! There was one main writer who was already friends with everyone involved and knew their ocs already. Don’t beat yourself up over it, I’m sure loads more opportunities will come your way.
I do very much recommend to read Conquest of Othrys though, 11/10 read

Wasn’t he dealt with already? That crawling thing below Talos’s ruins has attracted quite some attention. I remember many peak arts and even an animation of him

It will take a lot of parts to get to that location, so you have a plenty of time to rewrite your guy.
