Ayo how’d ya do the eye effects + get it’s shape down?
every parts of the eye effect are done in one single layer with glow/add layer mode
the eye glow part is pretty much airbrush (or any brush that gives soft effect), and I draw the trail with some sharp brush

Can you explain layer’s? And how you would separate them by what you want?
I was referring to digital art program’s layers (that you can utilize them in your art however you’d like, most people like to use them to draw different parts in an art)
the eye glow part is pretty much one separate layer from every other parts of that art (I did the glow and the trail in the same layer)
